One of the worlds leading IT companies is seeking a Resource Coordinator to handle inbound calls from clients & coordinate respective issues to the companies field support technicians.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Service Desk environment, as well as a minimum of 6 months working with business customers within a call centre environment.
- Coordination or management experience of any kind within a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Solid MS Office skills are desirable.
- Project Management skills desirable.
