Able to:
Do all routine QC tests regarding various food products;
Manage departmental operations and functions;
Troubleshoot complex problems;
Oversee hygiene and quality standards in the production and ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & HACCP;
Oversee R & D operations such as work with GC;
Establish systems and tests for the refining of Chemical & Biological waste water;
Designing & Performance of HACCP in Food factories;
Prepare QC diagrams and charts for the management reporting sys
