Our People

Our business is built around our expertise and our staff is carefully chosen for their experience in healthcare and alignment with our mission and our values. Our directors are a medical doctor and a senior hospital personnel manager by background so we understand both sides of the recruitment process.

Wavelength Divisions

Our business is divided into divisions based on the level of seniority the doctor works at, and a separate division for locums. Our 22 recruitment consultants can focus on their particular area and are supported by a backup team that includes 3 experts in the area of registration and immigration. The divisions are:
