Preperation of freight trains including some passenger trains, use of vaccuum and air brake systems, shunting, examining , tops computer work, chargeman duties, examining loads on trains, van driving, repairs to wagons inc :- buffer replacement, suspension replacement, air system checking and replacement, ppm and vibt checks, working on engineering trains where we replaced the rails , track, ballast etc. This was at British Rail, Loadhaul, Tees Tyne freight and EWS railways.
