High-Temperature Thermal Storage project, for integrating with renewable energy sources. This is a research project aims at enhancing the competitiveness of renewable energy with coal/gas-generated electricity.

Solar PV Tracking System development for stand-alone/off-grid applications. This project focuses on design, manufacturing, and field testing and evaluation of a single-axis tracking PV system, which is currently in an advanced stage, with commercialisation of  Mark –II of the system expected in 2012.
