Nature of work: Oil separation and stabilization, Gas Treatment and Compression, Produced water treatment, Sea water Treatment for water injection. Sub Sea Well operation, Turret operation and Permit to Work (PTW).

Job Profile:

Ø      Start up/shutdown and operation of Oil separation facilities and metering, Gas   compressor, Glycol Dehydration, Produced water systems. Understanding safe limit of operation.

Ø      Start up/shutdown and operation of water Injection systems. Coarse/fine filtration, De-aeration. Cooling/Heating media system.

Ø      Understanding of all company procedures applicable to job. Isolations, Permit to work, Operational, Fire and Gas.

Ø      Knowledge of emergency response actions and duties as required in abnormal/emergency situation.

Ø      Knowledge and understanding of actions required to minimize safety or commercial loss.

Ø      Preparation/isolation of plant for intrusive maintenance.

Ø      Turret operations including Sub Sea well line and chemical injection packages .CAMERON Sub Sea Hydraulic Power Unit

Ø      Familiar with Moore DCS & Allen-Bradley PLC control systems. Fire and Gas systems. ESD systems.

Ø      Log taking and understanding and interpretation of data.

Ø      Fully aware of operation/control of online PCV’s, LCV’s , FCV’s , TCV’s on 3 phase bulk separators, Free knock out vessel , ElectrostaticTreater.

Ø      Start up/ shutdown of Sea Water lift pumps, Booster Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Crude oil transfer pump & Chemical injection pumps and Glycol circulating pump.

Ø      Fully aware of isolation/Depress ring/Draining of vessels, heaters, tanks or other oil field equipment’s with complete permit to work (PTW) procedure and naturally occurring radioactive (LSA) scale precaution.

Ø      Operation and optimization of daily requirements for chemical dosing associated with the process system.

Ø      Operation knowledge of Methanol/LDHI/Asphatlen injection pumps used for initial start up of well.

Ø      Start up/ shutdown of three stage Gas Injection Compressor, Flash Gas Compressor, Turbine Driven Water Injection Pumps and Turbine Driven Power Generators from Local Equipment Room (LER).

Ø      Knowledge of Master controller, Load Sharing Controller and Anti surge control system used for controlling three stage Gas Injection Compressors.

Ø      Pigging Operations.

Ø      Flare System vents and drains. HP/LP fuel gas system, Nitrogen Generating Unit, Instrument Gas Receiver and different type of Heat Exchangers.

Nature of work: Gas Gathering, Production & Processing of Natural Gas, Gas Dehydration, Well head Operation

and Metering.                  

Job Profile:

Ø      Actively involved in commissioning of 1.0 MMSCMD of Natural Gas Producing plant and Gas Gathering Station. Functions included bringing in gas from wells through manifold, production separator, Glycol Dehydration Unit and sending it through   dispatch lines and testing of all control instruments.

Ø      Operation and maintenance of Natural Gas processing plant and instruments fully conversant with Glycol (Tri -Ethylene Glycol) Dehydration System.

Ø      Fully conversant with handling of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems. Controlling and monitoring of the Plant through SCADA Control System.

Ø      Provides guidance on well production testing, sampling and associate equipment specifications.

Ø      Preparation of Daily Production Reports (DPR), Well Test Reports, flow calculations and data collection from wellhead.

Ø      Familiar with Startup the Wellhead & Processing plant after long Shut down & Emergency Shutdown, Flushing job

Ø      Handling of Two & Three Phase Separator, Condensate Flash Drum & Filter Coalescer Separator.

Ø      Operation & maintenance of Glycol Absorber, Glycol Scrubber, Reboiler ,Glycol Flash Drum, Glycol & Carbon Filter, Glycol Surge Tank, Rich/Lean Glycol Heat Exchanger.

Ø      Regular checking of all equipment’s and units to ensure that they are functioning properly according to standard Operating condition.

Ø      Reporting all equipment’s and Equipment’s defects and making further possible corrective action.

Ø      Operation, Maintenance and overhauling of all types Valves.

Ø      Isolating, draining and preparing the equipment’s during maintenance.

Ø      Storage and transportation of Condensate.

Nature of work: Oil &Gas Gathering, Production & Processing of Oil & Natural Gas, Wellhead Operation.

Job Profile:

Ø      Routine checking of status of the wells. Operation of all X’mas Tree valves.

Ø      Operation and maintenance of choke manifold, control head, panel board and SCSSV/SSV.

Ø      Shut down and normalizing the wells through Pneumatic Control Panels.

Ø      Operation involved in changing orifice plates (Daniel junior/ senior orifice meter and Flange orifice) and handle chart recorders (Pressure, Temperature and Flow).

Ø      Handling different size of chokes/bean during the well testing.

Ø      Routine checking of status of wells & Handling of chart recorders of different vendors.

Ø       Knowledge of Instrument gas producing system from natural gas.
