  • Data entry – I had to enter details from customers payment application forms  into a software called propay in order to process the  customer’s payment to a domestic or  international beneficiaries account.
  • Had to Scan completed payments from the previous day using a scanning system called softco in order for other employees to look up a payment should a customer have a query on their payments.
