• Presently Involved with all building projects for civil works, drafting/design of required drawing plans, such as road layout (internal layout for Ground floor), Surface water drainage (Basement floor & Upper floor), design & drafting of Traffic control Plan in all floors & road construction details as per various municipality standard specification.

• Prepared drafting & assist design in various master plan, roads/highways & environmental projects.

• Drafting and maintaining the master plan of various Land projects.
• Prepare the roads layout, road profiles, cross sections, sewerage, drainage, water, telephone, electricity & irrigation system of the whole Master Plan from preliminary to final design projects.
• Prepare Earthworks / Grading / Cut & Fill calculations of the whole Master Plan & Gate levels of individual plots using AutoCAD Land Desktop Development software an AutoCAD base program for civil design, roads, highway /bridge & drainage.

• Initiate the vehicular turning radius of the roads, basement parking & graded parking using Auto turn Software, an AutoCAD base program for vehicular turning radius and simulation.

• Prepared & design of traffic control plan for the whole master plan based on the U.A.E. various municipality traffic standards.

• Prepare provisional and final plot / affection plans for the Client and Tenants. Provide Master Plans & Land Use Plans to Dubai Municipality Planning Department for approval.

• Proper Conversion of AutoCAD files into Micro station as per Municipality Standard.

• Prepare plans for landscape layout, planting plan, material plan, hardscape plan, site amenities and landscape details.

• Gathered & develop some lisp programs for the improvement or enhancement of AutoCAD drafting production and assisting other Cad Operators.

• Involved in design/drafting in various roads projects.

• Setting up new projects using auto maps, an AutoCAD based package for automated map and productions and presentations.

• Prepared & update survey/topographic plan, cross sections in various gas & oil projects as per the latest gathered data in field.

• Generates Contour plans, 3d points as per the survey data collection in xls/text format.

• Design and development of company logos, legends and symbol libraries for mapping applications.
